At LSHTM we negotiate with management via the Joint Union Management Forum (JUMF). This meets 3 to 4 times per year.

We are represented on the Safety Committee, Equal Opportunities Committee, Disability Working Group and Equal Pay Review Working Group. We have reps who are trained in the HERA job evaluation scheme.

If you need assistance you may contact us either directly or via the branch e-mail or voicemail.

We always welcome new reps or contacts, particularly in those departments or units where we have no existing rep or contact (e.g. EPH, Registry, TSO)
